KLETT DUAL SCHOOL
Klett DUAL School provides dual education and vocational training for adults in cooperation with its partner companies. Our educational and training model provides our students with long-term and sound prospects for employment, while companies are concurrently provided with qualified workers who, apart from performing their regular jobs, also have the necessary competences for identifying and resolving eventual problems. The modern curriculum implemented by our creative and efficient teaching staff is the hallmark of our School.
Knowledge and craft for the modern age
We have organized the course Ready for Industry 4.0 and recorded the impressions of our teachers and students about school, different approach and the quality of teaching.
OUR SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEMS AFFECTING COMPANIES
It is obvious that companies in Serbia lack quality labor, particularly at the level between low skilled workers and management, thus students need a school that provides them not only with theoretical instruction but also with an opportunity for learning how to perform their assignments in a quality manner.
In order to meet the requirements of both the employers and students, we have established a genuine dual school, following the German model of dual education. We are convinced that the German approach to dual education and training is a reliable method for accomplishing the aforementioned goals.
Klett DUAL has achieved a very successful market entry in October 2019. Evaluations and personal feedback of students and companies confirm that we teach relevant content in an activity-oriented way. But what exactly does that mean, and how did we get there anyway?
