Toyo Tires company is exceptional by many standards, but from our point of view, it is also special in how and how precisely it understands the development needs of its employees. This time we received a request to create a special "Training of Trainers" program aimed at developing future trainers for further training of operators.

Klett EDU gathers experts from various fields, and our Jelena Jakovljević was the perfect solution for this task.

As Program Director and certified trainer, she is dedicated to program development and work with participants every day. Apart from being extremely enthusiastic about all matters of professional development, she always addresses the participants with dedication and energy, educates them and persistently monitors their further development, even after they finish the programs.

The purpose of this program is for participants to learn how to design effective training content, tailored to the specific needs of new operators or those requiring additional skills at Toyo Tires. This implies identification of learning objectives, structuring of content, preparation and delivery of training, as well as assessment of achievements.

In addition to technical knowledge, in the "Training of Trainers" program, we put special emphasis on understanding how adults learn, because this is essential for the effective implementation of training.

Participants in this program develop communication skills to communicate knowledge clearly, facilitate effective learning, learn to design assessment tools and ways to provide constructive feedback.
